Gazebo
The gazebo was built as a common multifunctional space. It can be used according to the needs of the tenants either as a home-office or an exercise room. The room has underfloor heating, air conditioning and speakers for listening to music or presentations. The large glass opening walls make it an ideal place for children’s birthday parties, parties or workshops in the garden in warm weather. A barbecue can be installed under the pergola. Or enjoy an evening campfire in the circular fire pit area next to the gazebo.
Sauna
In the unglazed part of the gazebo there is a sauna. It offers heating for Finnish sauna or steam chamber. In the area in front of the sauna there are loungers for relaxation and a small kitchen with a fridge for drinks.
Children’s playground
A cabin, a digger, a sandpit and a blackboard with Montessori elements… all from www.domkysrdcem.cz. Designed, wooden, ecological, bohemian houses and attractions for children are part of the garden.
Garden
The garden is planted with trees such as a double-leaved plane tree, maple trees, apple trees, cherry trees and apricot trees. In the spring, tenants can enjoy magnolia blossoms, the scent of lilacs, the beautiful colors of eagles, viburnum or lavender. The garden is planted to bring a spectacle of colour in every season.
